Here are some tools I’ve created over the years. Most of this stuff comes from an amalgam of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology Research, “Parenting Experts” and “Relationship Experts.”
I’m just starting to put this stuff online, so please bear with me as I slowly add tools to this toolbox.
Some of this is from my own brain. Most of it has come about through trial and error with my own patients and years of studying some amazing people who spend their time creating and researching some pretty helpful stuff.
There are too many amazing people in these fields to credit them all, but I would check out Christine Carter, Martin Seligman, Aaron Beck, Mihalyi Csikszentmihalyi, John Gottman, Judith Beck, Marsha Linehan, John March, Karen Mulle, and and The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.
